Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 7.59 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 that Christine Francis and Jeremy Willmont of Moore Stephens LLP, Suite 17, Building 6, Croxley Park, Hatters Lane, Watford, WD18 8YH, were appointed Joint Liquidators by creditors and contributories on 24 October 2018.

Creditors of the Company are required, on or before 7 December 2018, to prove their debts by delivering their proofs (in the format specified in Rule 14.4 of The Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016) to Christine Francis of Moore Stephens LLP, Suite 17, Building, Croxley Park, Hatters Lane, Watford, WD18 8YH, the Joint Liquidators of the Company.
