NOTICE is hereby given that on 05 June 2018 a petition was presented to the Sheriff of Glasgow Sheriff Court by Inverclyde Council, Environment, Regeneration & Resources Municipal Buildings, Clyde Square GREENOCK PA15 1LY for inter alia an order under the Insolvency Act 1986 to wind up CLYDESIDE DEVELOPMENTS LTD (COMPANY NUMBER SC538644) having their registered office at 142 Norfolk Street, Glasgow, United Kingdom, G5 9EQ and having a place of business at 33 Brown Street, Port Glasgow, PA14 5BP and to appoint an interim liquidator; in which petition the Sheriff by interlocutor dated 06 June 2018 ordained all parties interested to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow Sheriff Court, Sheriff Court House, 1 Carlton Place, Glasgow G5 9DA within eight days after intimation and advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
