NOTICE is hereby given that on 24 October 2019 a Petition was presented to Glasgow Sheriff Court by Douglas White, 9 Winnock Court, Drymen, Glasgow, G63 0BA, the sole director of Clydebank Oil Limited, craving the court inter alia that Clydebank Oil Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (SC077056) and having its registered office at Gillespie and Anderson Chartered Accountants, 147 Bath Street, Glasgow, G2 4SN, be wound up by the Court and that Annette Menzies, Insolvency Practitioner of William Duncan (Business Recovery) Limited, 2nd Floor, 18 Bothwell Street, Glasgow, G2 6NU, be appointed as Interim Liquidator; in which Petition, the Sheriff at Glasgow by interlocutor dated 30 October 2019 appointed any persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow within 8 days after intimation, advertisement or service, and meantime appointed the said Annette Menzies to be Provisional Liquidator of the said company and authorised her to exercise the powers conferred by sections 135, 167 and 169 of the Insolvency Act 1986 and the powers specified in paragraphs 4, 5 and 6 of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986, for a limited period of three months (unless otherwise extended) or until the appointment of an interim liquidator to the said company, whichever is earlier, all of which notice is hereby given.
