Notice is hereby given that on 23 October 2018, a Petition was presented to Dumbarton Sheriff Court by Industrial Finance & Leasing Limited craving the Court inter alia that Clyde Commercial Diving (Holdings) Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company Number SC463133) and having its Registered Office at Clyde Boatyard, Rothesay Dock East, Clydebank, West Dumbartonshire G81 1LX be wound up by the Court and that Donald Iain McNaught, Insolvency Practitioner of Johnston Carmichael LLP, 227 West George Street, Glasgow G2 2ND be appointed as Interim Liquidator, in which Petition, the Sheriff by Interlocutor dated 7 November 2018 ordered any interested persons, if they intend to show cause why the Petition should not be granted, should lodge Answers with Dumbarton Sheriff Court within eight days after service, intimation or advertisement; and in the meantime, appointed the said Donald Iain McNaught, Insolvency Practitioner of Johnston Carmichael LLP, 227 West George Street, Glasgow G2 2ND to be Provisional Liquidator with, inter alia, authority to exercise the powers contained in the Insolvency Act 1986; all of which notice is hereby given.
