Notice is hereby given that at a General Meeting of the above-named Limited Liability Partnership, duly convened at The St Botolph Building 138, Houndsditch, London EC3A 7AR, on 30 January 2020 the following special resolution was passed:

"That the Limited Liability Partnership be wound up voluntarily and that Joint Liquidators be appointed for the purposes of such winding up."

The Limited Liability Partnership also passed the following ordinary resolution:

"That Karen Spears and Phillip Sykes of RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP, 25 Farringdon Street, London EC4A 4AB be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidator to the Limited Liability Partnership, to act on a joint and several basis."
