"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Anthony Collier (IP No. 18910) of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, 4th Floor, Abbey House, Booth Street, Manchester M2 4AB and David Acland (IP No. 8894) of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, 12 Winckley Square, Preston, PR1 3JJ be and are hereby appointed Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up."
