On 28 April 2017, the above name limited partnership entered administration.

I, James Gray as designated member of Cluttons LLP (with registered number OC344742) (the “Successor LLP”) acting on behalf of the members of the Successor LLP, as listed in the attached schedule to this Notice (each a “Successor LLP Member” and together the “Successor LLP Members”) of Portman House 2 Portman Street, London, England W1H 6DU, confirm on behalf of each of the Successor LLP Members that each Successor LLP Member was a member of CLLP Realisations LLP on the date it entered administration.

I give notice on behalf of each of the Successor LLP Members that we are acting and intend to continue to act in one or more of the ways to which section 216(3) of the Insolvency Act 1986 would apply if CLLP Realisations LLP were to go into insolvent liquidation in connection with, or for the purposes of, the carrying on of the whole or substantially the whole of the business of CLLP Realisations LLP under the following name: Cluttons LLP.

This is the schedule referred to in the foregoing Notice relating to CLLP Realisations LLP (registered number OC310771) given by James Richard Gray of Cluttons LLP (with registered number OC344742) as designated member of Cluttons LLP acting on behalf of the members of Cluttons LLP as listed below (each a "Successor LLP Member" and together the "Successor LLP Members").
