Notice is given by Martin Williamson that a meeting of the creditors of the above-named Company will be held at The Best Western Moat House Hotel, Etruria Hall, Festival Way, Stoke on Trent, ST1 5BQ on 24 July 2018 at 10:30 am. The purpose of the meeting is to seek resolutions on the following matters:

1. That Martin Williamson, IP number 9222, be appointed Liquidator of the Company by the creditors.

2. That a Creditors' Committee be formed; and

3. That the costs of ipd incurred up to the date of the meeting of creditors to be held on 24 July 2018 be approved and paid as an expense of the liquidation.

In order for their votes to be counted creditors must attend the meeting and vote either personally or by proxy and must also have submitted proof of their debt (if not already lodged) at ipd, Suite 1 Marcus House, Park Hall Business Village, Park Hall Road, Stoke on Trent, ST3 5XA by no later than 4 p.m. on the business day before the meeting and their proxy in advance of the meeting. Failure to do so will lead to their vote(s) being disregarded.
