At a General Meeting of the Company, duly convened and held at Suite 1 Marcus House, Park Hall Business Village, Park Hall Road, Stoke on Trent, ST3 5XA on 10 July 2018 the following resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and Ordinary Resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily" and "that Martin Williamson (IP No 9222) of ipd, Suite 1 Marcus House, Park Hall Business Village, Park Hall Road, Stoke on Trent, ST3 5XA be appointed as Liquidator of the Company".

At a physical meeting of creditors, requisitioned by creditors, duly convened and held at The Best Western Moat House Hotel, Etruria Hall, Festival Way, Stoke on Trent, ST1 5BQ on 24 July 2018 at 10:30 am the creditors resolved the following:-

"That Martin Williamson (IP No. 9222) of ipd, Suite 1 Marcus House, Park Hall Business Village, Park Hall Road, Stoke on Trent, ST3 5XA and Steven John Currie (IP No 9675) of Currie Young Limited, Alexander House, Waters Edge Business Park, Campbell Road, Stoke on Trent, ST4 4DB be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company, and that they act either jointly or separately."
