"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Hayley Simmons (IP No. 9022) and Karyn Jones (IP No. 8562) both of Shaw Gibbs Insolvency Ltd, 264 Banbury Road, Oxford, OX2 7DY be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company."
