Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 6 September 2019 as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the Company cannot by reason of its current and/or impending liabilities continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same under an insolvent winding up procedure and that Philiip Ballard and Sajid Sattar of Greenfield Recovery Limited, Trinity House, 28-30 Blucher Street, Birmingham, B1 1QH be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purpose of the voluntary winding up of the Company and that they may act jointly or severally in this regard."

At the subsequent meeting of creditors the appointment of Phillip Ballard and Sajid Sattar was not confirmed and Lawrence King (IP No. 10452) and Milan Vuceljic (IP No. 20172) both of Critchleys, Beaver House, 23-38 Hythe Bridge Street, Oxford, OX1 2EP were appointed as Joint Liquidators.
