Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 4.54 of the Insolvency Rules 1986 that a meeting of Creditors has been summoned by the Joint Liquidators for the purpose of requesting creditors approval of the revised office holders' fee estimate for the administration and liquidation of the company.
