This Notice is given under Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 ("the Rules"). It is delivered by the Administrator of the Company and the convener of the meeting, Andrew Fender of Sanderling House, Springbrook Lane, Earlswood, Solihull B94 5SG.

A meeting of creditors is to take place for the purposes of considering the following: The approval of the Administrator's Statement of Proposals; The establishing of a Creditors' Committee; The approval of the Administrator's fees and costs; The timing of the Administrator's discharge.

The meeting will be held at 11.30 am on 18 August 2020 at Sanderling House, Springbrook Lane, Earlswood, Solihull, B94 5SG.
