Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 20 April 2020 as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Bai Cham (IP No. 18052) and David Elliott (IP No. 8595) both of CVR Global LLP, Innovation Centre Medway, Maidstone Road, Chatham, Kent, ME5 9FD be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
