"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Stuart Garner (IP No. 009531) of Garner Advisory Limited, Tugby Orchards, Wood Lane, Tugby, Leicestershire, LE7 9WE be appointed Liquidator of the Company, and that he be authorised to act jointly and separately."
