A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Clevedon Court (Dulwich) RTM Company Limited (CRN: 06794238) of Clevedon Court, Clive Road, London, SE21 8BT (where service of the petition was effected), whose nature of business is a property management company, presented on 27 October 2022 at 6:10pm by Ricky Gibbs and Carol Anne Gibbs, of 2 Kingsley Lodge, 10 Hough Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire, SK9 2LQ claiming to be Creditors of the Company, will be heard at the High Court of Justice, Business & Property Courts of England & Wales, Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 07 December 2022, at 10:30am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
