At a General Meeting of the members of the above named Company, duly convened and held at Prospect House, Rouen Road, Norwich, NR1 1RE on 28 June 2022 at 9.45 am the following Resolutions were duly passed, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Gary Rupping (IP No. 16012) of McTear Williams & Wood Limited, Prospect House, Rouen Road, Norwich, NR1 1RE and Joanne Louise Hammond (IP No. 17030) of Begbies Traynor (SY) LLP, 3rd Floor, Westfield House, 60 Charter Row, Sheffield, S1 3FZ be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and that they be authorised to act either jointly or separately."
