By written resolution of the Members of the Company, duly passed on 21 June 2017 the following Resolutions were, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Ryan Davies and Ian Robert of Kingston Smith & Partners LLP, Devonshire House, 60 Goswell Road, London EC1M 7AD be and is hereby appointed of as joint Liquidators of the company for the purposes of such winding up."

By way of Deemed Consent, the Creditors on the 21 June 2017 consented to the appointment of Ryan Davies and Ian Robert of Kingston Smith & Partners LLP, Devonshire House, 60 Goswell Road, London EC1M 7AD as Joint Liquidators.
