"That the company be wound up voluntarily and that Alessandro Sidoli (IP No 14270) and Chris Parkman (IP No 9588) of Purnells, 5a Kernick Industrial Estate, Penryn, Falmouth, Cornwall TR10 9EP be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up."
