At a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened and held at Purnells, Treverva Farm, Treverva, Penryn, Near Falmouth, Cornwall TR10 9BL on 20 January 2017 the following Resolutions were duly passed, number 1 as a Special Resolution and number 2 as an Ordinary Resolution:

1. That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind-up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that:

2. Lisa Alford (IP No 9723) and Chris Parkman (IP No 9588) of Purnells, Treverva Farm, Treverva, Penryn, Near Falmouth, Cornwall TR10 9BL be and are hereby nominated Joint Liquidators for the purpose of the winding-up.
