At a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened and held at 26-28 Bedford Row, London, WC1R 4HE on 22 March 2016 the following Special Resolution and Ordinary Resolution were duly passed:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Paul Appleton and Paul Cooper, both of David Rubin & Partners, 26-28 Bedford Row, London, WC1R 4HE, (IP Nos. 8883 and 15452) be and they are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding-up."
