At a general meeting of the above named Company, duly convened and held at The Tannery, Clayton Street, Chesterfield, Derbyshire, S41 0DU on 2 November 2018 at 10.30 am the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Emily Ball (IP No. 19970) and John Lowe (IP No. 009513) both of FRP Advisory LLP, Ashcroft House, Ervington Court, Meridian Business Park, Leicester, LE19 1WL be and are hereby appointed Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up.”
