A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Clayborn Construction Limited (08712522) of Elm View, Elm Walk, Retford, Notts, DN22 7DY (where service of the petition was effected), whose nature of business is construction of domestic buildings, presented on 1 April 2021 at 10.00 am by Andrew Charlton and Catherine Charlton of Quinton on Saltergate Lane, Bamford, Derbyshire S33 0BE claiming to be Creditors of the Company, will be heard at the Business and Property Court, Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on 9 June 2021, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the Hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give Notice of Intention to do so to the Petitioner or to its Solicitor in accordance with Rule 7.14 by 16.00 hours on 8 June 2021.
