"That it has been resolved by special resolution that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Mark Willis (IP No. 9391) of Compass Financial Recovery & Insolvency Ltd, Prospect House, 11-13 Lonsdale Gardens, Tunbridge Wells, Kent TN1 1NU be appointed as Liquidator for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
