Notice is hereby given in accordance with Rule 4.18 of The Insolvency (Scotland) Rules 1986 that, on 12 February 2016 I was appointed liquidator of Clark Properties Limited (SC222729) by order of Aberdeen Sheriff Court. A liquidation committee has not been established and I do not propose to summon a separate meeting for this purpose unless requested to do so by one tenth, in value, of the company’s creditors.

All creditors who have not yet lodged a statement of their claim with me, are requested to do so in early course.
