Notice is hereby given that Creditors of the Company, which was wound up voluntarily on 2 March 2018, are required, on or before 13 April 2018, to prove their debts by delivering their proofs (in the format specified in Rule 14.4 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016) to the Joint Liquidators at Lynton House, 7-12 Tavistock Square, London, WC1H 9LT.

If so required by notice from the Joint Liquidators, creditors must produce any document or other evidence which the Liquidator considers is necessary to substantiate the whole or any part of a claim, or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.
