NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Article 124 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989, that a Final General Meeting of the Creditors of the above named Company will be held at the offices of McKeague Morgan & Company, 27 College Gardens, Belfast, BT9 6BS on Friday 29th of November 2019 at 11a.m. for the purpose of:

a) Receiving the Liquidator’s Report on the Winding-Up and

b) To determine whether the Liquidator should have his release under Article 148 of the Order.

A Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a Creditor.

Proxies must be lodged at the offices of McKeague Morgan & Company, 27 College Gardens, Belfast, BT9 6BS not later than 12 noon on 28th November 2019.
