Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 26 July 2019 as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Shane Biddlecombe (IP No. 9425) and Gordon Johnston (IP No. 8616) both of HJS Recovery (UK) Ltd, 12-14 Carlton Place, Southampton, Hampshire, SO15 2EA be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding up."

At a subsequent meeting, Stephen John Adshead and Henry Anthony Shinners were appointed Joint Liquidators by the Creditors, and Shane Biddlecombe and Gordon Johnston, both of HJS Recovery (UK) Ltd, were given their release.
