“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Philip Lewis Armstrong (IP No. 9397) and Sarah Cook (IP No. 18750) both of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, 4 Beaconsfield Road, St Albans, Hertfordshire, AL1 3RD be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company."
