NOTICE is hereby given that on 17 July 2018, a Petition was presented to Glasgow Sheriff Court by Fieldoak Limited (In receivership) asking the Court inter alia to order that Citywide Glasgow Limited a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (company number SC330299) and having its registered office at 1016 Cathcart Road, Mount Florida, Glasgow, G42 9XL be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed, in which Petition the Sheriff at Glasgow by First Deliverance dated 18 July 2018 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers with the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow Sheriff Court within 8 days after intimation and advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
