At a general meeting of the company, duly convened and held at First Floor, 49 Raven Row, London, E1 2EG on 9 July 2021 at 10.00 am the following special and ordinary resolutions were duly passed:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Marco Piacquadio (IP No. 19910) and Miles Needham (IP No. 14372) both of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, 4 Beaconsfield Road, St Albans, Hertfordshire, AL1 3RD be and are hereby appointed Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up and that anything required or authorised to be done by the Liquidators be done by both or either of them."
