“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this Meeting that the company is insolvent and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and, accordingly, that the company be wound up voluntarily and that Kenneth Pattullo and Adam Southard, both of Begbies Traynor (Central LLP), 2nd Floor, Excel House, 30 Semple Street, Edinburgh, EH3 8BL, (IP No: 008368 and 11930) be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purpose of such winding.”
