Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 14 February 2020 as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Vincent A Simmons (IP No. 8898) of BV Corporate Recovery & Insolvency Services Limited, 7 St Petersgate, Stockport, Cheshire, SK1 1EB be appointed as Liquidator for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
