Pursuant to Chapter 12 Part 13 of the Companies Act 2006, the following resolutions were passed by the members of the company on 10 September 2019, as special and ordinary resolutions:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Trevor John Binyon (IP No. 9285) and Joanne Kim Rolls (IP No. 8867) both of Opus Restructuring LLP, 1 Radian Court, Knowlhill, Milton Keynes, MK5 8PJ be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and they be empowered to act jointly or severally in matters relating to the winding-up."
