1. "That the Company be wound up voluntarily."

2. "That Yiannis Koumettou of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, 1 Kings Avenue, London N21 3NA and Ninos Koumettou of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, 1 Kings Avenue, London N21 3NA be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and that they be authorised to act either jointly or separately."
