“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Barry David Lewis,(IP No. 2048) and Jonathan David Bass,(IP No. 11790) both of Menzies LLP, 2 Mountview Court, 310 Friern Barnet Lane, Whetstone, London, N20 0YZ are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding-up.”
