Notice is given by Jeremy Charles Frost and Stephen Patrick Jens Wadsted that a decision is to be sought from the creditors of the above-named Company at a virtual meeting to be held on 28th July 2021 by telephone. The meeting was requisitioned by creditors and it has been summoned under section 171 of the Insolvency Act 1986. The purpose of the virtual meeting is to form a committee, and,

1. That the revised fees estimate dated 12 July 2021, capped at ÂŁ49,644.20 be agreed

2. That Jeremy Charles Frost of Frost Group Limited, One Elmfield Park, Bromley, Kent, BR1 1LU be removed as Liquidator

3. That Stephen Patrick Jens Wadsted Frost Group Limited, One Elmfield Park, Bromley, Kent, BR1 1LU be removed as Liquidator

4. That Andrew McTear of McTear Williams & Wood Limited, Townshend House, 30 Crown Road, Norwich, NR1 3DT be appointed Liquidator

5. That Jo Watts of McTear Williams & Wood Limited, Townshend House, 30 Crown Road, Norwich, NR1 3DT be appointed Liquidator

In order for their votes to be counted creditors must attend the virtual meeting and vote either personally or by proxy, and must also have submitted proof of their debt (if not already lodged) at Frost Group Limited, One Elmfield, Bromley, Kent, BR1 1LU by no later than 4 p.m. on the business day before the meeting and their proxy in advance of the meeting. Failure to do so will lead to their vote(s) being disregarded.
