A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of Registered Office 15 Plover Street, Walsall, WS3 1DP, presented on 4 January 2016 by THE OPEN COLLEGE NETWORK SOUTH EAST LIMITED, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company was advertised in The London Gazette on 4 February 2016 and heard at The Companies Court, The Rolls Building, 7 Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL on 19 July 2016.

The petition was subsequently withdrawn pursuant to an order dated 13 June 2017.
