Pursuant to Rule 4.80 of The Insolvency (Scotland) Rules 1986 I, Ian Cloggie of 1 Rigfoot Estate, Strathaven ML10 6RP was a director of the Company during the twelve months ending with the day before it went into liquidation.

I give notice that it is my intention to act in one or more ways specified in section 216 (3) of the Insolvency Act 1986 by carrying on the business of CHRISTIAN ANDREWS INTERIORS LTD under the names CHRISTIAN ANDREWS LIMITED, CHRISTIAN ANDREWS CONTRACTS LIMITED and using the trading name CHRISTIAN ANDREWS INTERIORS.
