A petition to wind up the above named Company whose registered offices are at 61-63 Bargates, Christchurch, Dorset, BH23 1QE presented on 11 December 2017 by Helen Kuster, J Haynes, S Speake and D Neill of Flat 1 Priory Dene, Christchurch, Dorset, BH23 1QX claiming to be Directors will be heard at Royal Courts of Justice, The Rolls Building, 7 Rolls Buildings, Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL on 7 February 2018 at 10.30 am (or as soon thereafter as the petition can be heard).
