At a General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened and held at 5 Sunningvale Terrace, Bideford, Devon, EX39 3LG on 11 June 2018 at 12 noon the following resolutions were passed as a Special resolution and Ordinary resolution respectively:-

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Katie Louise Parsons Mason (IP No 18010) and Peter Richard James Frost (IP No 8935) of Hazlewoods LLP, Staverton Court, Staverton, Cheltenham GL51 0UX be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company, and that they be authorised to act jointly and separately."
