“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Rajnesh Mittal (IP No. 15674) and Antony Steven Barrell (IP No. 9523) both of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, 2nd Floor, 170 Edmund Street, Birmingham, B3 2HB be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of the voluntary winding up.”
