At a general meeting of the Company, duly convened and held at The Granary, Chitterwell, Wellington, TA21 0HF on 4 November 2021, the following Resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and Ordinary Resolutions respectively:

That the Company be wound up voluntarily, that Jonathan David Trembath and Hamish Millen Adam of Richard J Smith & Co, 53 Fore Street, Ivybridge, Devon, PL21 9AE, be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of such winding up and that the Joint Liquidators be authorised to act jointly and severally.
