At a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held on 2 October 2019 the following Resolutions were duly passed, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily under Section 84(1)(b) of the Insolvency Act 1986 (IA 1986) (Liquidation).”

“That subject to the passing of the above resolution, each of Stephen Goderski and Peter Hart of PKF Geoffrey Martin & Co Limited be appointed as liquidators of the Company (Liquidators).”
