A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of (registered no 08828487) of Unit 5 Balderstone Close, Balderstone Industrial Estate, Burnley, Lancashire BB10 2TA, presented on 12 October 2016 by PETER THOMPSON GROUP LIMITED of 117 Charterhouse Street, London EC1M 6PN (the Petitioner), claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard High Court of Justice, Manchester District Registry, Chancery Division, 1 Bridge Street West, Manchester M60 9DJ, on Monday 28th November 2016, at 10:00 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitor in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 1600 hours on 25th November 2016.
