At a General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened, and held at Opus Restructuring LLP, Evergreen House North, Grafton Place, Euston, London, NW1 2DX on 6 September 2018, the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Steven John Parker (IP No. 8989) of Opus Restructuring LLP, 1 Radian Court, Knowlhill, Milton Keynes, MK5 8PJ be appointed liquidator of the company for the purposes of the winding up."

At the subsequent creditors' decision procedure on 6 September 2018 the resolutions were ratified confirming the appointment of Steven John Parker as Liquidator.
