A petition to wind up the above-named Company (company number 07005335 and UK registered charity no. 1132203, of 85 Great Portland Street, First Floor, London, W1W 7LT), presented on 19 February 2018 by CHILDREACH INTERNATIONAL, shall be heard at High Court of Justice, 7 Rolls Buildings, Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL on 11 April 2018 at 10:30 a.m. (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its solicitor in accordance with Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016, SI 2016, r. 7.14 by 16.00 hours on 10 April 2018.
