“That the company be wound up voluntarily and that Christopher Laughton (IP No. 6531) and Peter John Godfrey-Evans (IP No. 8794) both of Mercer & Hole, 21 Lombard Street, London, EC3V 9AH be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company to act either jointly or severally.”
