At a General Meeting of the members of the above named Company, duly convened and held at 2 West Dene, Stoke Bishop, Bristol, BS9 2BQ on 15 June 2020 at 11.00 am the following Resolutions were duly passed, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Hayley Watson (IP No. 23450) and Anthony Davidson (IP No. 11730) both of McTear Williams & Wood Limited, Townshend House, Crown Road, Norwich, NR1 3DT be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and that they be authorised to act either jointly or separately."
