A Petition to wind up the company presented on 12 July 2019 by A G PARFETT & SONS LTD of Didsbury Road, Stockport, Cheshire, SK4 2JP claiming to be a Creditor of the Company of 13 Horne Street, Bury, BL9 9BW will be heard at Manchester Business & Property Court, The Civil Justice Centre, 1 Bridge Street West, Manchester M60 9DJ at 10:00am on Monday 11 November 2019 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
